Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the ANGC strategic plan for Community Impact and Development.
• Oversees design, implementation, and evaluation of community programs.
• Builds relationships with government agencies, NGOs, donors.
• Leads negotiating and managing partnerships and agreements.
• Supports fundraising for MTC; stewarding donors.
• Manages budgets, grants, and resources for initiatives.
• Ensures IRS/state compliance for MTF and MTC.
• Provides team leadership and development.
