Harvard University’s Faculty of Arts and Sciences seeks a Director of Community Engagement to lead program administration for student services, serve as a subject matter expert, and provide counseling for students and student groups.
The role focuses on winter break and summer programs, community partnerships, and alumni engagement, reporting to the Associate Dean of Civic Engagement and Service. A Master’s degree and 7+ years of leadership experience are preferred.

The Faculty of Arts and Sciences (FAS) is the historic heart of Harvard University. Lead all facets of program administration for student services, serve as a subject matter expert, and provide counseling for students and student groups.
The Director of Community Engagement serves as a key leadership role within Phillips Brooks House reporting to the Associate Dean of Civic Engagement and Service. They oversee programs related to summer fellowship experiences, winter break volunteer opportunities, and post-graduate public service opportunities for current Harvard undergraduates and recent graduates in the public interest sector. These programs focus extensively on student development, building community partnerships, and alumni/ae engagement. Harvard College provides support to a wide range of community service organizations, alumni/ae Clubs, Shared Interest Groups (SIGs), and public service initiatives
