LEVEL Construction, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Head of Commercial Construction Sales & Business Development to lead our Chicago-based sales efforts.

This on-site role focuses on cultivating client relationships, developing strategies, and driving growth in the commercial sector. You will partner with brokers, architects, bankers, and corporate clients to expand LEVEL’s market presence, manage a robust pipeline, and close complex deals with senior stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in commercial real estate brokerage or construction sales.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with LEVEL’s growth objectives.
• Build relationships with Commercial Brokers, Architects, Commercial Bankers, Corporate Clients.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships to drive expansion and enhance market presence.
• Utilize your commercial real estate and sales experience to generate new leads and develop client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of sales strategies.
• Generate leads through relationship building, cold calling, community engagement, referrals, and networking.
• Attend Real Estate events and marketing campaigns to promote LEVEL and build new business relationships.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities in commercial real estate.
• Maintain a strong new business pipeline while representing LEVEL’s business and reputation.
• Work closely with Architects, brokers, Fortune 500 corporate clients.
