Zusammenfassung

Aspire Talent Solutions seeks a Director of Manufacturing Engineering & Technology to lead hands-on CNC manufacturing, tooling design, and process development on the shop floor in the New York area. You will drive transformation through digital tools and AI, while remaining actively involved in engineering work.

Qualifikationen

Significant CNC machining and problem-solving on the shop floor.
Experience methodizing new work from engineering drawings to production.
Strong knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, and fixtures.
Ability to lead and develop technical teams while hands-on.
Familiarity with digital manufacturing tools and AI in workflows.

Aufgaben

Lead the methodizing of new work, including routings, sequences, setup, tooling, and work instructions.
Provide direct CNC programming and troubleshooting support.
Lead tooling and fixture design and implementation.
Drive automation and AI initiatives to improve efficiency and monitoring.
Ensure processes meet drawings, tolerances, quality and customer requirements.
Develop a roadmap for modernizing CNC operations and digital work instructions.
