• Hands-On Manufacturing Engineering: lead routings, setups, tooling, and work instructions.
• Provide direct CNC programming support, setup optimization, and troubleshooting on the floor.
• Lead tooling/fixture design and implementation; collaborate with machinists and quality personnel to resolve issues.
• Drive cycle time reduction, tool life improvement, and process capability.
