Capital One Software, Databolt is seeking a Director, Solutions Architect to lead technical programs for enterprise customers in a remote capacity.

You will drive secure cloud migrations, AI/data privacy strategy, multi-cloud integration, and executive workshops, aligning CIO/CISO priorities with architectural fit. This role emphasizes leadership and collaboration with partners to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Technical Consulting for enterprise software.
• At least 4 years of experience with Kubernetes and Container Orchestration (e.g., helm charts).
• At least 3 years of experience with Data Security technologies (Tokenization, Encryption, Key Management).
• At least 4 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Navigate Complex Stakeholder Maps: identify decision-makers and influencers across the organization.
• Lead Technical Discoveries: assess cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and regulatory constraints.
• Architect Scalable Solutions: design plans aligning with cloud strategy and Kubernetes considerations.
• Manage Partner Engagements: coordinate with System Integrators and VARs.
• Execute Proof of Concepts (POCs): manage technical demonstrations and validation.
