Job summary

Capital One Software is seeking a Director, Solutions Architect to act as the strategic technical anchor for enterprise accounts. You will lead workshops with CIOs, CISOs, and data engineers, aligning stakeholders on the business value of Databolt and ensuring successful architectural fit.

You will drive secure cloud migrations, container orchestration, and collaboration with SIs and partners to deliver measurable value across regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Military experience.
• 7+ years in Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Technical Consulting for enterprise software.
• 4+ years of experience with Kubernetes and Container Orchestration.
• 3+ years of experience with Data Security technologies (Tokenization, Encryption, Key Management, IAM).
• 4+ years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Navigate Complex Stakeholder Maps and translate tech into business value for CxOs.
• Lead Technical Discoveries of customer environments and regulatory constraints.
• Architect Scalable Solutions aligned with cloud strategy and Kubernetes considerations.
• Manage Partner Engagements with System Integrators to align with architectural standards.
• Execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate against customer use cases.
• Champion Data Security and tokenization practices across engagements.
