Qualifications

• 7+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and grow multiple teams of product-focused software engineers.
• Shape long-term technical strategy and architecture standards for enterprise platforms.
• Partner with senior engineering and business leaders to align roadmaps with scalable technology capabilities.
• Drive talent strategy, ensuring succession planning, skill development, and equitable opportunity across engineering teams.
• Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of engineers on your team.
• Work with product managers to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios and develop market-driven application capabilities and customer experiences.
• Continuously improve software engineering practices and agile delivery.
• Lead deployment of new and existing applications into AWS environments.
