Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Director, Solutions Architecture for Databolt, a remote role focused on secure cloud migrations, AI privacy, and enterprise data security. You will guide C-suite workshops, align stakeholders, and collaborate with SIs and partners to deliver scalable data security solutions.

You will lead demonstrations, design architecture across multi-cloud environments, and drive value with Cloud Native approaches while ensuring regulatory compliance and privacy protections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Military experience.
• 7+ years in Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Technical Consulting for enterprise software.
• 4+ years of Kubernetes and container orchestration experience.
• 3+ years of data security technologies (tokenization, encryption, KMS, IAM).
• 4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Identify and align technical decision-makers and economic buyers across organizations.
• Lead technical discoveries in customers’ cloud environments and data pipelines.
• Architect scalable, Kubernetes-based solutions aligned with cloud strategy.
• Manage engagements with System Integrators and channel partners.
• Execute POC projects to validate value in real customer use cases.
• Educate customers on tokenization and security in data pipelines.
