You will drive digital transformation, manage strategic partnerships, and build high-performing engineering teams while ensuring enterprise-wide service availability and resilience.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive IT leadership overseeing enterprise infrastructure and 24/7 production environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA/equivalent executive experience preferred.
• Expertise in hybrid cloud environments (AWS/Azure), enterprise networking, DevOps practices, and large-scale infrastructure.
• Proven budget management (CapEx/OpEx), vendor negotiations, and incident escalation.
• Strong understanding of SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS compliance.

Aufgaben

• Direct availability, lifecycle, and modernization of global cloud, network, and platform environments.
• Establish ITIL governance, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Lead major incident response and post-mortem reviews.
• Forecast compute/storage/licensing needs to support growth.
• Negotiate enterprise agreements with cloud providers, hardware OEMs, and carriers.
• Advise C-suite to align infrastructure investments with KPIs.
• Mentor engineering, DevOps, and technical support leadership teams.
• Chair cross-functional steering committees for deployments and maintenance.
