You will drive modernization across cloud, data center, network, and end-user platforms with a demand for reliability, security, and scalable services.

The role requires extensive ITIL-based service management, vendor governance, and executive stakeholder collaboration to ensure continuous improvement and strong SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership across infrastructure.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale infrastructure organizations.
• Experience with ITIL ITSM and SIAM multi-vendor models.
• Experience leading MSPs and system integrators with SLA/KPI accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise infrastructure build and modernization programs.
• Oversee infrastructure operations, reliability and security.
• Manage MSPs and system integrators; ensure SLAs and KPIs.
• Establish governance for operational readiness and run transition.
• Develop metrics and KPIs for service health and continuous improvement.
