Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Director to lead the Eligibility portfolio within the Claims Adjudication Software Engineering & Transformation organization. You will oversee platform and API engineering, client onboarding and data integration, and legacy systems modernization to a cloud-based data platform serving enterprise consumers.

You will drive strategy, architecture, and operational stability for high-availability services, manage a multi-team organization through managers, and partner with AI

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Healthcare IT, including leadership at Director or Senior Manager level.
• Experience owning production-critical, high-availability APIs or systems.
• Experience managing legacy-to-cloud modernization or data migration programs.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, delivery, architecture, and operational stability for the eligibility platform and APIs.
• Lead modernization from on-prem to cloud-based data services and migration of clients.
• Own release management, deployment safety, and incident response for production services.
• Lead and develop multi-team organization through managers and senior managers.
