• Develop and execute a comprehensive clinical and translational research strategy for the Transplant Center.
• Oversee the $25 million institutional investment in transplant research over five years.
• Serve as Medical Director and Section Lead of Transplant Infectious Diseases.
• Mentor and develop faculty across Transplant Medicine, Transplant Surgery, and Infectious Diseases.
• Direct and optimize the Transplant Center's research infrastructure and operations.
• Promote interdisciplinary partnerships to advance transplant outcomes.
• Guide faculty recruitment and program growth in Transplant Infectious Diseases.
• Advance extramural grant submissions, funding, publications, and presentations.
• Maintain an active clinical practice in transplant infectious diseases while educating learners.
