University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO, seeks a Clinical Director of Transplant Medicine to lead medicine subspecialties across the Transplant Center and participate in executive governance.

You will develop a translational research strategy, oversee a $25 million five-year research investment, mentor faculty, and guide program growth in infectious diseases and other subspecialties while maintaining an active clinical practice in transplant infectious diseases.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and program development experience in transplant medicine.
• Strong track record in clinical leadership and faculty mentorship.
• Experience with quality improvement, regulatory oversight, and academic governance.
• Active involvement in translational or clinical research in transplant medicine.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive clinical and translational research strategy for the Transplant Center.
• Oversee the $25 million five-year research investment and report on performance.
• Serve as Medical Director and Section Lead of Transplant Infectious Diseases and direct clinical operations.
• Mentor faculty across Transplant Medicine, Transplant Surgery, and Infectious Diseases.
• Direct and optimize research infrastructure, personnel, and processes for high-impact studies.
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration to advance transplant outcomes and scholarly activity.
