Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Current licensure as a psychologist in Idaho or eligibility for licensure in Idaho.
• Experience providing clinical services and supervising developing clinicians.
• Knowledge of doctoral-level clinical training and competency-based education.
• Ability to evaluate student clinical development and readiness for independent practice.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to represent the PsyD program in the community and develop relationships with training partners.
• Ability to coordinate with students, faculty, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee practicum training sequence and ensure progressive development of professional competencies.
• Coordinate practicum placements and maintain relationships with external sites and supervisors.
• Develop relationships with community agencies to expand training opportunities for PsyD students.
• Represent the PsyD program in the community and cultivate new clinical training partnerships.
• Monitor student progress and readiness for advancement through levels of training.
• Support student preparation for internship applications and readiness reviews.
• Maintain program policies and accreditation standards for clinical training.
