Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5-8 years of related work experience and 1-3 years supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads design discussions and develops interfaces to meet business needs.
• Directs integration across clinical, ERP, financial, admin, research, and revenue cycle systems.
• Ensures robustness, security, scalability, and fault-tolerance of interfaces.
• Oversees production changes, telemetry, monitoring and alerting for issues.
• Provides guidance, resolves cross-functional issues, and supports incident lifecycle.
• Manages staffing, prioritization, and resource allocation within the team.
• Maintains documentation for deploying and maintaining interfaces and engines.
• Promotes cross-training and sets goals for team member success.
• Directs employment actions and performance reviews for staff.
• Ensures collaboration with IT teams and external vendors/partners.
