Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Director, Clinical Supervision & Practice Development to advance enterprise supervision models and clinician competency frameworks, guiding practice development across the organization.

The role partners with Clinical Practice, Measurement-Based Care, Clinical Operations, and leadership to drive outcomes-informed improvements in clinician performance and patient care.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical degree and professional license in good standing.
• 6–8+ years of experience in clinical supervision or leadership roles.
• Expertise in evidence-based psychotherapy modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
• Experience developing supervisor training programs.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise clinical supervision standards and models.
• Create clinician competency expectations and development pathways.
• Integrate measurement-based care data into supervision practices.
• Partner with clinical teams to translate standards into improvements.
• Lead supervision approaches for specialty populations and emerging therapies.
