Job summary

LifeStance Health in Southern California is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee psychotherapy clinicians, coach staff, and drive professional growth. You will partner with the Practice Group Manager to shape clinical strategy, support recruitment, interviewing, and hiring, and ensure compliance across clinical operations.

As a leader, you will provide onsite clinical consultation, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with state leadership to foster clinician development and improve patient care

Qualifications

• MA degree in clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, clinical counseling or related field or PhD/PsyD in clinical psychology.
• 5+ years clinical experience and experience in clinical leadership.
• Active license and ability to supervise clinical staff.
• ICS credential in WI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical oversight of psychotherapy clinicians.
• Reports KPIs regularly to regional leadership.
• Evaluates quality metrics and develops clinician-focused solutions.
• Provides onsite clinical consultation and support.
• Ensures adherence to HIPAA, confidentiality and safety standards.
• Recruits, interviews, hires and trains new staff.
• Collaborates with operations to grow clinician development.
• Manages supervision and supports professional development.
