LifeStance Health is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee psychotherapy clinicians, coach and develop staff, and implement clinical strategy in the SoCal region. The role partners with the Practice Group Manager to drive recruitment, onboarding, and performance across clinical teams.

The position emphasizes clinical integrity, risk management, and compliance with HIPAA and state regulations, with a strong focus on professional growth and collaboration across leadership.

Qualifications

• MA degree in clinical social work or related field.
• Active clinical license required.
• Experience leading clinical teams and programs.
• ICS credential is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and coaching to psychotherapy clinicians.
• Partner with Practice Group Manager to implement clinical strategy and operations.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing and hiring for clinical staff.
• Monitor clinical integrity, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
