The role partners with leadership to enhance recruitment, onboarding, and professional development, while ensuring clinical integrity and regulatory compliance.

The position emphasizes onsite leadership, KPIs, and collaboration with operations to support growth across the SoCal Group.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse teams.
• Proven experience leading clinical staff and driving growth.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, compliance, and clinical governance.
• Experience with onboarding, coaching, and supervising clinicians.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical oversight of psychotherapy clinicians and KPIs.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes for clinical staff.
• Develop and implement regional clinical strategies and training programs.
• Monitor compliance, risk management, and quality of care across centers.
