Job summary

RCA - Recovery Centers of America Management Company in Waldorf, MD is seeking a Senior Clinical Leader to oversee the facility's Clinical Department, supervise staff, and guide clinical programs and initiatives.

Working with RCA's corporate clinical team, you will drive clinical quality KPIs, supervise daily operations, provide clinical training, support discharge planning, and represent the site in the community to advance program growth and service lines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in psychology, social work, mental health counseling, or related field.
• Independent licensure as counselor, clinical social worker, or psychologist.
• Maryland Approved Supervisor status or ability to obtain.
• 5-7 years in a clinical management role with operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversees Clinical Supervisors, Coordinators, Managers, and Clinicians including hiring, training, performance evaluation, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee assessment, active treatment, discharge planning, and milieu management in collaboration with nursing leadership.
• Ensure adequate clinical staff and regulatory compliance while managing budgets.
• Drive Clinical Quality KPIs and ensure seven-day active treatment; maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide crisis management and clinical leadership; participate in enterprise-wide clinical initiatives.
• Participate in QAPI through audits, data collection, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
