Job summary

Recovery Centers of America (RCA) is seeking a Nurse Manager at a dedicated treatment facility to lead the nursing team, oversee chart audits, and ensure high-quality patient care. Qualifications

• Current/Active State RN licensure.
• Minimum 2 years in behavioral health/substance use disorder treatment preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred (or can be completed during orientation).

Responsibilities

• Direct staff supervision, mentorship, and evaluation of nursing staff.
• Ensure high quality clinical outcomes through electronic monitoring and oversight.
• Deliver formal and remedial trainings on clinical and operational procedures.
• Identify training needs via audits and develop timely, budget-conscious training plans.
• Collaborate with Nursing Director to implement new initiatives and updates.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and accrediting requirements.
• Coordinate with leadership on staffing, scheduling, and payroll.
• Support patient-centered, recovery-oriented care and safety initiatives.
