Job summary

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking a highly skilled Director of Clinical Services to lead our hospice operations and clinical team. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional patient and family care, maintain regulatory compliance, and support growth and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate has strong hospice leadership experience and the ability to lead people and operations, aligning with our mission and values.

Qualifications

• Strong, results-driven leader with organizational, strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communicator with interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and mentor others.
• 5+ years of healthcare experience preferred, hospice experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee hospice operations and clinical services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the team.
• Support Suncrest Hospice’s mission, vision, and values with regional leadership on staffing, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state(s) of practice.
