Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to oversee outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. You will supervise treatment and guide clinical staff while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate patient care plans, supervise RNs and PCTs, and build strong relationships with patients and families in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and CPR certification are required.
• 18+ months RN experience with at least 6 months dialysis
• Charge RN readiness approval required
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred

Requirements:

• CNN/CDN certification a plus
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
