Job summary

TCH Medical Center is seeking a Manager of Public Health – Clinical Programs to direct the clinical and support services of the CLCAE and Volunteer Services departments. You will lead staffing, operations, and programming to support organizational goals, ensuring high-quality, family-centered care across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in health administration, Child Life, Social Work, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field required.
• 5 years of supervisory/management experience in child life, patient/family support services, volunteer services, social services, or related healthcare operations required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, high-quality, cost-effective care in a family-centered environment.
• Oversee CLCAE department across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Mentor leaders and support staff development, with performance measured by feedback.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners to expand resources for patients and families.
• Partner with medical and operational leaders to align services with clinical priorities and care pathways.
