Responsibilities

• Review assessment information/documentation collected at intake.
• Complete an Eligibility Determination within 24 hours of admission.
• Conduct face-to-face diagnostic interviews and required screenings.
• Develop recovery care plans with SMART goals.
• Prepare interpretative summaries and written reports.
