Elevance Health is seeking a Clinical Programs Director to lead National Accounts’ end-to-end, whole-person care across oncology, cardiovascular disease, and other conditions. This role develops prevention, screening, and navigation programs while building relationships with Centers of Excellence and regional care management groups.

• BS in nursing or related clinical area is required or equivalent experience.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with internal UM and CM systems and care management processes.

Responsabilités

• Provide consultative support to National Accounts for care programs across oncology, cardiovascular disease, and other conditions.
• Design and enhance condition-specific strategies and integrated care solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strengthen COE network and collaborate with regional care management groups to improve operations.
• Serve as SME and trainer on care management issues to support end-to-end solutions.
• Assist accounts by presenting program adaptations based on data insights.
