Job summary

Location

This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work‑life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Responsibilities

• Provides support to the sales process in presentation of these programs and advises accounts on programmatic changes needed based on data collected.
• Partners with internal and external stakeholders to design and enhance condition‑specific strategies and integrated care solutions that improve member experience, clinical outcomes, and overall program effectiveness.
• Engages and collaborates with providers to continue to build out and strengthen our COE network for condition specific solutions.
• Develops relationships with regional care management groups and works with them to improve operational interfaces.
• Serves as a subject matter expert and trainer on care management operational issues in support of our end‑to‑end, whole‑person condition‑specific solutions.

Requirements

BS in nursing or other related clinical area and minimum of 6 years related experience including program development, marketing, and clinical practice; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Experience and Abilities

• Strong project management skills.
• Familiarity with internal UM and CM systems.
• Ability to lead effective internal and external stakeholder discussions.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly to new deliverables and changing priorities.

Salary

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $115,200 to $198,720.
