Ivy Fertility is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle Management to lead revenue cycle operations for multiple fertility centers and payer relationships. You will drive operational excellence, optimize A/R days, cash collections, and bad debt while ensuring patient experience and regulatory compliance across California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, reimbursement, claims management, and revenue cycle operations.
• Experience managing revenue cycle teams and driving measurable operational improvements.
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency with Excel and revenue cycle metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide revenue cycle strategies aligned with best healthcare practices.
• Improve A/R days, cash collections, and bad debt performance.
• Develop data collection, analysis, and reporting for revenue cycle management.
• Collaborate with Finance for year-end audits related to A/R.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and payer requirements.
