The role requires a NP or PA with 2+ years in primary or geriatric care, a MSN or PA degree, and Texas travel within the state for site coverage and collaboration with facilities.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted license as a NP in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 2+ years experience providing primary care, geriatric, or senior living services.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in clinical areas to support high-quality patient care and experience.
• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Recruit, orient, mentor, and evaluate new staff positions.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage staff schedules for efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with senior living facilities to optimize care coordination.
• Participate in company-wide value-based care initiatives.
• Support clinical operations and patient safety guidelines.
• Budget collaboration and cost containment initiatives.
