Job summary

MUSC Health in Charleston, SC seeks a senior administrative leader for the Division of Gastroenterology & Hepatology. You will direct patient access, scheduling, clinical deployment, ambulatory and inpatient operations, and space programs. You will serve as the Division’s QGenda scheduling manager and primary program contact.

This role requires exceptional communication, organization, and initiative, with matrix reporting to the Division Administrator and ICCE Chief for Digestive Health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum three years relevant program experience.
• Strong leadership and administrative capabilities in a health system.
• Experience with scheduling software and clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient access, scheduling, and ambulatory/inpatient operations.
• Lead administrative teams, HR functions, and executive support.
• Serve as primary QGenda administrator for division scheduling.
• Coordinate space planning, onboarding, and clinic templates.
• Collaborate with faculty, VA, and external partners on strategic initiatives.
