Aventura Health Group is seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Operations for its skilled nursing facilities in Pennsylvania. In this role, you will report to the Director of Operations and work closely with the clinical management team to implement clinical policies and procedures. The responsibilities include:

1. Conducting onsite facility visits
2. Implementing clinical systems
3. Implementing nursing competency programs
4. Ensuring facilities meet all federal and state regulations
5. Participating in plans of correction following surveys
6. Writing policies and procedures
7. Conducting mock surveys
8. Monitoring facility staffing to ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements for the position:

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an unencumbered license
• Director of Nursing experience is strongly preferred
• 2-5 years of management experience in the long-term care field
