Overview

Aventura Health Group is seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Operations for its skilled nursing facilities in the Eastern PA area. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will collaborate with the clinical management team to implement clinical policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:

1. Conducting onsite facility visits
2. Implementing clinical systems
3. Implementing nursing competency programs
4. Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
5. Participating in plans of correction following surveys
6. Writing policies and procedures
7. Conducting mock surveys
8. Monitoring facility staffing to meet regulations

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an unencumbered license
