Stanbridge University seeks a Director of Clinical Education (DCE) for the PTA program to lead the clinical education component, ensuring high-quality, appropriately sequenced experiences aligned with CAPTE standards and state requirements. You will coordinate placements, monitor progression, and support faculty and clinical partners.

Responsibilities include developing affiliations, managing evaluations, and ensuring documentation for accreditation and regulatory purposes while collaborating

Formación

• Must be graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current, active California PT or PTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Minimum of a master’s degree in related field.
• Minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical practice.
• Minimum of two years as SCCE/CI or teaching/admin experience in PTA education.
• Knowledge of CAPTE accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate complex clinical education activities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee all clinical education activities within the PTA program.
• Develop and revise clinical education curriculum in partnership with the Program Director.
• Coordinate student clinical placements and site requirements.
• Maintain records, affiliations, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor outcomes and coordinate program improvement efforts.
• Develop and manage clinical partner relationships and site visits.
• Support teaching, assessment, and faculty development.
• Ensure program alignment with CAPTE standards and institutional policies.
