Qualifikationen

• Licensed physical therapist in good standing in the U.S. and eligible for Alabama licensure.
• Earned academic doctoral degree; DPT with additional credentials may be considered.
• Minimum of five years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience with clinical education.
• Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary PT practice, clinical education, and professional standards.
• Experience teaching, mentoring, or supervising learners in professional education.

Aufgaben

• Lead development, administration, assessment, and continuous improvement of clinical education in the DPT program.
• Develop and maintain a diverse network of clinical education sites and qualified instructors.
• Coordinate student placement, readiness, orientation, communication, supervision, assessment, and remediation.
• Maintain affiliation agreements and documentation for health, safety, licensure, privacy, and site requirements.
• Teach in areas of expertise, advise students, participate in curriculum governance, and expand clinical partnerships.
