Stanbridge University is seeking a Director of Clinical Education (DCE) for the PTA program. The DCE will oversee all clinical education activities, develop partnerships, and ensure CAPTE standards, sequencing, and compliance across sites.

The role requires an advanced degree and licensure, strong leadership, and collaboration with faculty, clinical partners, and university leadership to ensure student readiness for entry-level PTA practice.

Formación

• Graduate of PTA/PT program with accreditation.
• Current, active California PTA or PT license.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum three years of post-licensure clinical practice.
• Two years of SCCE/CI experience or teaching/admin in PTA program.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate all clinical education activities for the PTA program.
• Develop, implement, and revise the clinical education component of the curriculum.
• Coordinate student placements and site requirements; maintain records and compliance.
• Ensure CAPTE accreditation standards and regulatory requirements are met.
• Collaborate with PTA Program Director, faculty, and clinical partners.
• Support program assessment, accreditation preparation, and continuous improvement.
