Job summary
Behavioral Health Network seeks a Director of Clinical Application Services to lead its clinical technology ecosystem. You will manage the EHR portfolio, governance, and vendor relationships while guiding AI-enabled documentation and workflows across BHN’s programs.
Reporting to the VP of IS&T, you will build a high-performing team of professionals, align projects with regulatory requirements, and drive improvements in reliability, usability, and care delivery across Massachusetts.
Qualifications
- Seven+ years in healthcare applications or clinical technology leadership.
- Five+ years of people leadership supervising technical staff.
- Experience leading an EHR in a complex setting with HIPAA knowledge.
- Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
- Experience with behavioral health workflows and Medicaid/Medicare knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Define strategy and roadmaps for BHN's clinical app portfolio.
- Own the EHR ecosystem; manage configuration, documentation, and training.
- Collaborate with clinical, operations, data, finance, IT, compliance.
- Oversee vendor relationships and performance metrics.
- Govern AI-enabled tools with privacy and compliance.
- Develop the team and report to executives on risks and investments.
