Job summary

AdNet/AccountNet, Inc. seeks a strategic Director of Behavioral Health Nursing Services (RN) to join its hospital leadership team in Massachusetts.

The role oversees behavioral health nursing operations across departments, reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer and driving clinical quality, patient safety, and staff development. The ideal candidate holds an MS in nursing, at least 5 years of psychiatric nursing leadership, and an active MA RN license, with a passion for evidence-based practice,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing or healthcare field required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN or healthcare-related bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of psychiatric nursing leadership experience in an acute care or behavioral health setting.
• Demonstrated success leading clinical teams and managing departmental operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for behavioral health nursing and patient care operations.
• Partner with executive nursing leadership to drive clinical quality, patient safety, and service excellence initiatives.
• Support strategic planning, program development, and implementation of nursing best practices.
• Oversee staffing, resource utilization, and department performance to ensure efficient operations.
• Promote a positive work environment focused on employee engagement, professional growth, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate patient care outcomes and implement process improvements to enhance quality and safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support exceptional patient experiences and clinical outcomes.
• Mentor and develop nursing leaders and clinical staff to strengthen organizational capabilities.
