Job summary

The Bluebird Group is seeking a Director of Client Strategy to lead omni-retail initiatives for major brands across retail and digital channels. You will steer client conversations from boardroom to warehouse, shaping long-term decisions and implementing strategies across global retailers.

Lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and partnerships, and ensure effective client communication while maintaining profitability and growth for the firm and its clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (four years of college) in a related field.
• 8 years of work experience.
• Expertise in Amazon and Walmart platforms: Vendor & Seller Central, Walmart Retail Link & Supplier Center.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit with ownership and leadership abilities.
• Strong communication (verbal & written) and professional judgement.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and financial stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop omni-retail strategies aligned with client goals using data-driven, customer-centric decisions.
• Analyze market data, track omni-retail trends, and communicate findings to teams and clients.
• Discuss problems, present data, and recommend strategic actions for numerous clients.
• Define and drive the strategic vision for the team, manage partnerships, budgeting, and resources.
• Oversee end-to-end client management, timelines, and project deliverables.
