Job summary

Quad, a global marketing experience company, seeks a Director Client Services to lead the Client Services team, ensure projects meet client expectations, and drive growth across key accounts on the platform.

You will develop strategic plans, manage budgets, and collaborate with creative, media, and PR teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions that strengthen client relationships and Quad's position as a trusted partner.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing or related field required or the equivalent. MBA a plus.
Minimum 8 years of experience in account management, 3-5 years of Media or Retail experience, at least 4 years of management experience.
Proven ability to lead client relationships and drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

Direct and guide Client Services Managers and teams.
Lead and manage sales and profitability among assigned accounts.
Develop strategic account plans, lead QBRs, forecast revenue and manage budgets.
Maintain cross-channel marketing strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
Collaborate with creative, media, PR teams to align objectives and outcomes.
Build long-term client partnerships and identify growth opportunities.
