The Director of Client Services is a critical client partner role demonstrating leadership, strategic direction, accountability, business acumen, and vision for Linqia’s portfolio of enterprise brand clients. The Director effectively leverages experience, knowledge, and skills to drive innovative thinking while balancing client, company, and team needs.
This position will lead a team of talented junior and mid level individual contributors who are responsible for the campaign execution for the select Fortune 1000 accounts.The primary objective for this role is to deliver excellent client experiences through creating a culture of collaboration and learning. The role is to act as the steward for Linqia and the client, establishing transparency and clear communication from ideation to launch.
