Cboe Global Markets is seeking a Director of Business Development to accelerate growth for its Derivatives Clearing Organization, CCUS, by expanding FCM and Broker‑Dealer memberships and strengthening client relationships in the US market.

You will lead a cross‑functional team, develop go‑to‑market strategies, and deliver compelling communications and partnerships. A 15+ year background in derivatives sales and a business‑savvy leader will excel.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in sales and business development within derivatives markets.
• Extensive network across the Clearing lifecycle and participants.
• Proven ability to drive revenue via strategic lead generation & relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned with CCUS strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee all stages of the sales process using CRM tools for tracking and conversion.
• Monitor industry trends and refine strategies to identify opportunities.
• Translate competitive intelligence into proactive sales scenarios and plans.
• Serve as primary contact for resolving complex FCM, Broker‑Dealer, and Client issues.
• Collaborate to develop launch strategies, messaging, and value positioning.
• Create pitch materials, strategy documents, and demos for Clearing opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, controls, and compliance policies.
