GRAEF is seeking a Director of Civil Engineering to provide firmwide leadership for its Civil Engineering Technical Community and report to the Chief Technical Officer. The role focuses on advancing technical excellence, quality, collaboration across offices, and developing the next generation of civil engineering leaders.

You will remain engaged in project work and guide project teams on complex initiatives.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and PE license are required.
Minimum of 12 years of civil engineering experience with demonstrated leadership.
Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

Responsabilidades

Lead the development and implementation of firmwide technical standards, best practices, and quality processes.
Promote collaboration and work-sharing across offices to connect projects with needed expertise.
Develop people through onboarding, mentoring, and succession planning within the Civil Engineering community.
Shape firm strategy by partnering with leadership on technical direction, recruiting, and business development.
Remain engaged in project leadership, design, and technical oversight to manage risk and improve delivery.
