Job summary

Assured Data Protection, based in Herndon, VA, is seeking a Director, Channel Development to lead our channel strategy and team. You will build strong partner relationships, drive engagement, and shape joint growth plans with strategic partners to deliver measurable results.

You will oversee a cross-functional team, establish disciplined partner management processes, and work with Sales and executive leadership to prioritize investments that accelerate partner-driven revenue while maintaining

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in channel sales, partner development or related commercial roles.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing a team.
• Experience selling managed services solutions.
• Strong understanding of channel-driven sales models and partner ecosystems.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with senior-level partner and customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the channel development strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
• Lead the internal Channel Development team and establish priorities, programs, and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strategic partner relationships and joint business plans.
• Collaborate with Sales and executive leadership to optimize channel investment and revenue growth.
• Institute disciplined operating cadences for partner management and performance reviews.
