Indiana University Health seeks a Director of Pharmacy-Centralized Compounding to lead a systemwide effort, establishing vision and governance for centralized compounding. You will oversee strategic planning, resource use, and performance improvements across the service line, aligning with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Requires Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor’s of Science in Pharmacy prior to 2006, plus at least 3 years hospital pharmacy experience.
Must be licensed as a Pharmacist in Indiana or eligible for licensure.
Knowledge of USP-NF, including USP <795>, <797>, <800> preferred.
Experience in cGMP principles and manufacturing-style concepts in health-system environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish the long-range vision, priorities, governance, and growth roadmap for centralized pharmaceutical compounding services.
Lead systemwide integration with other areas and emerging delivery systems.
Oversee administration, planning, and performance improvement initiatives across the service line.
