Qualifications

• Requires Indiana pharmacist license or eligibility.
• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy earned before 2006.
• 5–7 years pharmacist experience required.
• Knowledge of federal and state drug laws.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates daily operations of the hospital pharmacy and staff.
• Provides medication-related care to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborates with physicians and health professionals on drug therapy outcomes.
• Assists pharmacy director with activities involving the pharmacy and therapeutics committee.
• Manages inventory and financial performance of the pharmacy.
