Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Services Director to lead catering operations across multiple units and large accounts. You will oversee the catering team, plan and execute events, manage budgets and financial goals, and ensure service excellence for every client.

The role requires 4+ years of experience, including 1–3 years in a management position, a background in events and catering, strong communication skills, and relevant Food Handlers and Alcohol Service certifications.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience, including 1–3 years in a management role.
• Experience in events and catering is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Available to work event-based hours.
• Complete Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total catering operations including events, menus, pricing, and staffing.
• Ensure preparation, service, and cleanup for multiple operations.
• Develop catering solutions and maintain client rapport.
• Develop and implement annual marketing plans for catering and budgets.
• Set and deliver sales, food, and labor targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety policies and standards.
• Lead catering employees and ensure standards are followed.
• Manage revenue, expenses, and receivables for catering.
