Responsibilities

• Coordinate total catering operations, including event bookings, team supervision, menu costing, pricing, hiring, and admin.
• Oversee preparation, service, and cleanup for multiple catering operations.
• Develop and implement catering solutions to meet customers' needs.
• Maintain client and customer rapport.
• Develop and implement annual marketing plan for catering, including collateral, sales strategies, and budgets.
• Set service and presentation standards across operations and ensure compliance.
