Job summary

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in events and catering, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive sales and labor targets while ensuring high standards of food safety and service.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in catering or related field.
• 1–3 years in a management role.
• Experience in events and catering is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Available to work event-based hours.
• Complete Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total catering operations across units, including booking events, supervising teams, and costing menus.
• Manage preparation, service, and cleanup for multiple catering operations.
• Develop and implement catering solutions to meet customers' needs.
• Maintain client rapport and develop annual marketing plans for catering.
