Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience required
• 1-3 years in a management role required
• Experience in events and catering required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Strong communication skills required
• Available to work event-based hours
• Complete Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total catering operations across multiple units.
• Supervise teams and cost menus, pricing, and administration.
• Develop and implement catering solutions to meet client needs.
• Build and maintain client rapport and sales plans.
• Lead annual marketing plan for catering, including collateral and budgets.
• Set service and presentation standards and ensure compliance.
• Advise clients on trends and new services; support base growth.
• Oversee delivery of catering events, staffing, and execution.
• Assist with contracts, events planning, and client negotiations.
• Train staff to meet catering standards and sales targets.
• Account for catering revenue, expenses, and receivables; manage finances.
• Ensure compliance with food, safety, and environmental policies
